Hello everyone and thanks for taking time to visit.  I know its been a long time coming but we made some updates that were well needed!  I am happy to have a new web designer and a new fresh site.  There are sooo much ahead for you all, including training videos, nutrition tips from David Pulcinella, workout tips from Jeff McCray, Guest athlete interviews, and much, much more. 

I have also added a store.  I KNOW how expensive it is for us to stay atop of the field and afford all of our supplementation.  I will meet or beat ANY advertised prices, so you get the lowest from me.  I am a competitor; I understand.

I thank God for bringing me full circle in this industry and for helping me to bring this site to everyone again! For showing me my worth in life and in the industry.  I have met some amazing people and hope to feature them in coming months.  Take some time to look around, sign my guest book, read my blog, send me a message, and order order order!
